Gran experiencia es la tercera vez que estoy en Marrakech y cada vez aprendemos algún lugar nuevo y esta agencia es muy recomendada Amina nos trato genial habla perfectamente inglés francés y árabe nos asesro y pudimos disfrutar de varias experiencias recomendado si vais a merzouga pedir hayma de lujo y coche con aire acondicionado la experiencia de camello que en la llegada pero recomendado que os saquen la vuelta en quads y snou  allí es mas caro en merzogua, gracias volveremos .

Journée aux cascades d’OURIA qui fut très bien organisé .

Our driver, Yassin, was amazing!
The tour of the Atlas Mountains was beautiful but he really made us feel welcome.
Super friendly and made the trip 10x more enjoyable and memorable.

Horrible experience! You may fight somewhere else with a little bit more money but better overall trip. Where to start, from the tour guides that could give us background information and the tours were very swallow. To the fact that when going to the camp in the desert they left us in the middle of the desert telling us a car will come pick us up which never showed up and ended up asking from
A stranger to drive us. The experience in the camp was a joke since the food was horrible, the show at night was laughable since the musicians there didn’t know a single song and they were mocking us in their language. Avoid this tour in all costs.!

This is a review for our trip: 3 day Merzouga- and Sahara-Desert Tour, April 5-7. (We booked through Get Your Guide.)

We traveled as a family of five, including two teenagers, and this three‑day desert tour far exceeded our expectations – it truly deserves more than five stars.
From the moment our guide and driver Khalid picked us up at 7:00 a.m. at the meeting point until we said goodbye three days later, he was simply outstanding. He was attentive, kind, and always made sure that everyone in our group of 18 people from many different countries felt safe, comfortable, and included. Khalid shared a wealth of fascinating information in both English and French, much of which you would never find in a normal guidebook, constantly pointing out interesting details along the route. He is also an excellent and very experienced driver, and his great playlists made the long drives really enjoyable. Most importantly, his warm humor and genuine kindness shone through at every moment – you can tell that his heart and soul are in what he does, and this made our trip truly special.
The journey itself was wonderful. Driving through the Atlas Mountains, passing ancient villages and breathtaking landscapes, gave us a beautiful first impression of this amazing country. Everywhere we went, people were friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the walking tour in the gardens in Tinghir and the beautiful demonstration of Berber carpet weaving, complete with a delicious welcome tea.
The desert experience was simply magical. The camel ride out to the camp at sunset, the delicious dinner with incredibly friendly staff, the live music and dancing around the campfire, and then lying under a sky full of stars – it all felt unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the camel ride back early in the morning, starting in the dark and slowly riding toward the sunrise over the dunes.
As a family we felt well cared for, and deeply impressed by the organization of the tour and by the warmth of the people we met – above all, Khalid. We would recommend this tour without any hesitation to families with teenagers and to anyone who wants to experience the desert and Morocco’s hospitality in a very special way. Definitely a five‑star‑plus experience!

Nous sommes très déçus du service de cette agence. Nous avions pris un transport privatif pour aller dans le désert et il s’est avéré que nous avons à 2 reprises eu beaucoup de retard et des discours divergents entre le gérant de l’agence, la responsable des réservations et le conducteur. Au retour du désert vers Marrakech, nous devions partir à 12h pour prendre un bus à 14h vers Agadir. Nous les appelons à 12h et ils nous disent que le rendez vous a changé et que nous avons confirmé hier que c’était 13h. Cela était faux. Ils ont ensuite envoyé un taxi non adapté au désert à la place de leur transport à 13h….

Samir and Mohammed made this trip amazing! Mohammed was our driver and I am very thankful he did the 3 days of driving so we could relax. Samir was always so very helpful, looking after everyone, making sure everyone knew what was going on and keeping us informed along the way. The sunset on the Sahara dunes on camel back was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend these guys for your next adventure.
