Terms & Conditions of Reservation

Morocco Trip Travel

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations made with Morocco Trip Travel are subject to availability and become confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation by our team.

2. Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 20% to 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Morocco unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, payment link, credit card, or any other payment method approved by Morocco Trip Travel.
  • For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at the time of reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Tours, Excursions & Transfers

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the amount paid, excluding bank and transaction fees.
  • 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Hotels, Riads & Desert Camps

Accommodation providers may have specific cancellation policies. Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by hotels, riads, desert camps, or other suppliers will be charged to the client.

4. Changes to Reservations

Clients may request modifications to their booking. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, additional charges may apply depending on the services already reserved with our suppliers.

5. Force Majeure

Morocco Trip Travel shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Border closures
  • Political instability
  • Strikes
  • Health emergencies or pandemics
  • Flight cancellations
  • Road closures
  • Security incidents

In such situations, Morocco Trip Travel will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements. Any additional costs resulting from force majeure events shall be borne by the client.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical expenses
  • Personal accidents
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Travel interruptions

Morocco Trip Travel is not responsible for expenses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

7. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and all required travel documents before departure.

Morocco Trip Travel shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

8. Transportation

Services operated by Marrakech Sweet Travel are provided by licensed professional drivers and fully insured tourist vehicles.

For safety reasons:

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Drivers must not be pressured to exceed legal speed limits.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside vehicles unless otherwise authorized.

9. Desert Activities

Activities provided through Numidia Desert Camp including camel trekking, quad biking, buggy rides, sandboarding, and other desert activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and activity operators.

10. Health & Special Requirements

Clients must inform Morocco Trip Travel before arrival of any:

  • Medical conditions
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Allergies
  • Reduced mobility requirements
  • Special assistance needs

Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to provide suitable services.

11. Liability

Morocco Trip Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent service providers including hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides, restaurants, and activity providers.

While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for acts, omissions, accidents, delays, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services booked directly with Morocco Trip Travel.

12. Complaints

Any complaint must be reported immediately during the trip to allow our team the opportunity to resolve the issue promptly.

Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days after the end of the trip.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute arising from the services provided by Morocco Trip Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
